Job Specifications

We currently have a requirement for a regional Lead Security Assurance Specialist for the Scotland Region covering risk and assurance.

Ideal experience

ISO 270001
Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT), or Industrial Control Systems
Industrial Security Standard's
Cyber Security

Responsibilities:

Lead the response to internal audit findings, driving remediation actions and enhancing the maturity of associated processes.
Own and deliver actions arising from the maturity assessment, ensuring identified gaps are effectively addressed.
Provide assurance over systems local to the Scottish region, with a primary focus on telecoms.
Act as a key interface with the central security team, leveraging central capabilities and services where required.
Perform a hybrid role combining technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and people management skills.

Location – Ideally Glasgow 3 days a week

Start date – asap

Contract duration – 6 months
