AWS Security Architect - Long Term B2B / Freelancing - Space and Defence Client

Amazing opportunity to join a really exciting client in the Space and Defence industry as a senior AWS Security Architect and Advisor. Unique opportunity to lead the AWS security initiative and Co-design and review security integration models for AWS workloads and services.

Contract: 6 Months (rolling)

Languages: English & French

Location: Paris (50% onsite per week)

To be successful in this role you must have proven experience as an AWS Security Architect and serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on all AWS Security topics. Also have knowledge on operational security and SecOps processes.

Key responsibilities / skills

Collaborate on the design and validation of secure integration models for AWS workloads and services
Provide expert guidance to Delivery, Cloud, and DevOps teams on AWS security principles and implementations
Contribute to architecture governance processes, including design reviews and technical workshops.
Oversee and continuously enhance the organization’s cloud security architecture.
Support the hardening of AWS environments, including IAM configurations, networking, workloads, and container platforms.
Partner with technical teams to define and implement remediation actions.
