Job Specifications

Title : SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management Consultant

Location : Remote

Duration : 12+ months

Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 8 +

· Lead and support end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (SAP Commissions / Callidus Cloud)

· Participate in at least 4–5 full lifecycle implementations including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support

· Design and configure compensation plans including commissions, bonuses, clawbacks, loyalty programs, and incentive structures

· Develop and customize data models, Stage Hooks, and XDL configurations

· Design SQL database structures and manage backend tables

· Work on Data Integration, Reporting, and Workflow configuration to deliver business- driven solutions

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

· Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and system optimization

· Ensure best practices and governance in SPM solution design and deployment

Must Skills:

· SAP Incentive Management / Sales Performance Management solutions

· SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management

· Data modeling, Stage Hooks, XDL customization

· SQL and database table design

· Data integrations
