Job Specifications

We are looking for a reliable Freelance Technical Engineer for on-site technical support assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Hardware installation, replacement, and troubleshooting

• Network device support (switches/routers/basic configuration)

• Rack & stack, cabling, and patching

• Coordinating with remote support teams

• Providing clear service reports after tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in IT/Technical field support

• Basic networking and hardware knowledge

Ability to follow remote instructions

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Availability for on-site visits as needed

Location: On-site assignments (Luton, UK)

Type: Freelance / Contract

Compensation: Hourly rate
