Role Description

This is an internship role for a Machine Learning Intern. The intern will contribute to the development and optimization of machine learning models, analyze datasets, and implement algorithms to enhance system performance. Responsibilities include supporting research and development in AI technologies, analyzing large-scale data for insights, and collaborating with the engineering team to improve GenPark's AI-driven Agents. This is a hybrid role based in San Diego, CA, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science and proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java
Understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts, frameworks, and techniques
Knowledge of Statistics and expertise in developing and implementing Algorithms
Familiarity with data analysis and machine learning tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and hybrid environment
Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
Prior experience with AI projects, Kaggle competitions, or open-source contributions is a plus
