Position: First-Line Supervisor of Retail Sales Workers – AI Trainer

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Apply real-world retail sales leadership expertise to train and evaluate AI-driven retail scenarios.
Review and assess AI-generated retail sales content for realism, tone, and accuracy.
Develop and refine scenario-based retail training modules and simulations.
Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve AI training data quality.
Translate customer interactions, sales techniques, and team management practices into AI-ready workflows.
Collaborate asynchronously with AI developers and cross-functional teams.
Support continuous improvement of AI models aligned with retail business objectives.

Requirements

Professional experience as a supervisor or manager in a retail sales environment.
Strong understanding of retail operations, customer engagement, and sales team dynamics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to deliver clear, constructive feedback and guide performance improvement.
Comfortable working remotely with technology-driven, cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills with an adaptable, growth-oriented mindset.
