Job Specifications

A leading independent mid-market advisory platform is seeking high-calibre Associates (3-5 years’ experience) to join its London team. The firm advises entrepreneurs, private equity sponsors, and corporate clients on complex mergers & acquisitions and strategic transactions across multiple sectors.

This is an opportunity to join a highly active deal team with significant responsibility, direct client exposure, and involvement across the full transaction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates from origination through completion
Build and manage detailed financial models and valuation analyses
Prepare client presentations, marketing materials, and transaction documentation
Coordinate due diligence processes and manage data rooms
Liaise directly with management teams, investors, and counterparties
Mentor junior team members and oversee workstreams

Requirements

3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or transaction services
Demonstrable experience working on multiple completed end-to-end transactions.
Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to manage several workstreams under tight deadlines
High attention to detail and commercial judgement
