Role Description

This is a contract-to-permanent role for a Senior Computer Vision and Deep Learning Software Engineer at BitAnimate. This hybrid position requires a combination of remote work and on‑site presence at either our Portland, Oregon metro or Greater Seattle Area locations. BitAnimate is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Computer Vision and Deep Learning to contribute to a wide range of BitAnimate’s immersive 3D (stereoscopic and multiscopic), multidimensional (MD), and spatial AI applications and product development.

Responsibilities

Responsible for further development and enhancement of the existing algorithms and codes.

Develop highly efficient deep learning and computer vision algorithms for further improvement to our Evolving AI technologies
Design, train, and optimize DNNs and CuDNNs

Qualifications

Masters or PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

5+ years of work experience
Strong expertise and solid knowledge in deep learning algorithms, machine learning and computer vision
Expertise with one or more Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe
Excellent programming, software design, and testing skills in Python, C++, or similar languages
Expertise in 3D and spatial computing
Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies for scalable AI applications
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
