This role sits inside a fully systematic trading business. No discretionary overlay. No “PM intuition.” Every decision is model-driven. Every system is built to trade.

If it doesn’t improve performance, it doesn’t stay.

What You’ll Work On

Build and scale research pipelines across equities, FICC, credit, and volatility
Develop and productionise alpha models
Design portfolio construction and optimisation engines
Improve execution and signal integration across global markets
Partner directly with quantitative researchers on live capital

This is a hedge fund inside a hedge fund, autonomous capital allocation, tight feedback loops, measurable impact.

You won’t be supporting traders.

You’ll be part of the engine.

You’ll Fit If

Strong in Python and/or C++
Comfortable with large-scale data and statistical modelling
Care about optimisation, robustness, and performance
Prefer systematic decision-making over narrative-driven investing
Want your work evaluated by PnL, not presentation decks
Bachelors degree in a STEM field

Finance experience helps. Not mandatory.

Strong CS fundamentals are.
