Behind every flawless gala, corporate summit, luxury brand activation, and large-scale production is a powerful operational engine. We are seeking a Director of Logistics & Warehouse Operations to lead that engine.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands that logistics is not support, it is strategy.
The Opportunity
The Director of Logistics & Warehouse Operations will oversee the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of our warehouse, fleet, inventory, and transport operations.
You will ensure that every technical component, scenic element, piece of décor, and production asset moves with precision, accountability, and efficiency.
You will sit at the operational core of the company, aligning warehouse systems with production timelines and translating complex event schedules into executable logistics strategies.
What You Will Lead
Strategic Logistics Planning
Build and maintain rolling operational forecasts aligned with event calendars
Plan workforce allocation, fleet deployment, dispatch schedules, and staging sequences
Anticipate bottlenecks before they happen
Develop contingency strategies that protect timelines and elevate execution
Warehouse and Asset Control
Oversee all inbound and outbound inventory processes with zero-error expectations
Implement structured verification systems for every dispatch
Maintain accurate, scalable digital inventory systems
Protect asset integrity and accountability at all times
Systems and SOP Development
Design and enforce world-class Standard Operating Procedures across logistics and warehouse operations
Establish measurable KPIs focused on efficiency, turnaround time, and accuracy
Build structured workflows that allow the department to scale with growth
Leadership and Culture
Lead and mentor warehouse and logistics personnel
Manage staffing schedules in alignment with production demands
Promote a culture of discipline, accountability, and pride in execution
Represent operations within leadership discussions
Fleet and Maintenance Oversight
Implement preventative maintenance programs for tools, equipment, and vehicles
Track lifecycle performance and forecast capital requirements
Ensure operational readiness at all times
Health and Safety
Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant environment in accordance with Quebec regulations
Lead by example in safety and operational discipline
Who You Are
A strategic thinker who sees the entire puzzle, not just individual tasks
Highly organized and systems-driven
Experienced in logistics, warehouse operations, or production environments
Comfortable making independent decisions under pressure
Confident leading teams in high-performance settings
Detail-obsessed, yet big-picture focused
Experience in live event production, staging, or technical environments is a strong asset.
