Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Kore.ai Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in chatbot development, AI automation, and cloud-based architectures, with hands-on experience working in enterprise environments.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Kore.ai platform development

Expertise in Chatbots and Conversational AI / Virtual Assistants

Solid understanding of AI Agents and Automation technologies

Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Computing

Knowledge of Enterprise Data Management (EDM) concepts and integrations

Desirable Skills:

Experience integrating conversational AI with enterprise systems

Exposure to analytics, NLP, and intent/entity modeling

Familiarity with scalable, secure cloud-based deployments
