Senior Software Engineer

Enterprise SaaS | Cloud-Native | Product Engineering

Manchester (Hybrid)

£70,000 + 10% Bonus

This is not a maintenance role.

This is a genuine opportunity to shape and scale an enterprise-level SaaS platform operating at significant UK and European scale.

We’re partnering with a product-led SaaS organisation investing heavily in engineering maturity, cloud architecture, and modern delivery practices. They are strengthening their Manchester-based engineering team and are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who wants influence, not just tickets.

The Role

You will:

Design and build scalable applications using .NET 8 / C#
Develop modern front ends with React and TypeScript
Deliver secure, performant services within Azure
Contribute to API-first and cloud-native architectures
Embed CI/CD best practice using GitHub Actions
Champion clean code, testing standards, and engineering discipline
Review technical designs and raise the bar across the team

You will have input into how software is built, not just what is built.

What They’re Looking For

Strong .NET and C# experience, ideally .NET 8
Solid understanding of Azure cloud services
Experience with React / TypeScript
Strong SQL Server and API experience
Comfort working in CI/CD environments
An engineer who thinks in systems, not just features
