Job Title: Planning Assistant

Duration: 3 Month Contract

Location: Fully site-based at HFH1

Start date: Ideally next week (latest the following week)

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

Review Global Replenishment forecasts for assigned divisions/areas and support accountability for forecast accuracy
Maintain Global board line cards and ensure adherence to the monthly replenishment critical path
Partner with a designated Region to identify and maximise opportunities within Replenishment products
Support long-range forecasting aligned to key vendor strategies
Assist with the Global Single Pool of Inventory, including size-level procurement forecasting and weekly stock allocations
Own communication to Regions regarding weekly allocations and stock drops
Support definition of optimal A&R parameters with Regions, ensuring global alignment
Partner with the Planner to monitor Weeks of Cover targets for store and hub
Support the Global Replenishment buy process in line with seasonal plans
Contribute to commercial analysis identifying missed opportunities and informing future ranging decisions
Coordinate free stock drops to optimise inventory levels
Assist with Replenishment margin forecasting for Seasonal Plan input

Global Line Card Management:

Maintain Global Line Card parameters across all Replenishment options
Review size-level procurement and drive SPI allocations
Maintain line card functionality to support evolving business processes
Review trading and buy summaries to flag anomalies against Hub WOC, minimums and maximums
Update training documentation and support ongoing regional training
Maintain effective collaboration with IT to ensure data accuracy and sustainability
