What You’ll Do

Operations for an early-stage startup – getting exposure to all parts of the business. This can include HR functions, finances, logistics, and paying bills
Data work and financial modeling
Help design and improve business processes that drive real results
Collaborate with Sparrow’s founders and team on high-impact projects
Be a jack-of-all trades, wearing many hats

What We’re Looking For:

Someone excited about startups, technology, and learning by doing
Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, especially when engaging with angel investors.
Fast learner, comfortable navigating new tools and concepts.
Creative thinker who enjoys solving complex challenges.
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for collaboration and shared success.
