Job Specifications

At ATB, we exist to make it possible for our clients, team members and communities. Our purpose is more than aspirational. It's a real commitment we live every day through our values (what we call the ATB ID).

About

Life at ATB is about more than work. In fact, we’re consistently recognized as one of Canada's top employers thanks to our high-care, high-performance culture, upheld by the three commitments we make to our team members:

Impact in action: No matter where you are in the organization, you're empowered to make an impact in the lives of our clients and communities.

Thrive together: We want you—the unique, authentic you—to feel safe and celebrated at work. We're on a continuous journey to build the most flexible and inclusive programs.

Ready for tomorrow: We want to enable your success through interesting and challenging work, performance enablement, and learning and development.

About The Role

This position has a hybrid work arrangement. Please note that this is subject to change due to business priorities.

Empower our team through technology. Are you a translator of tech who thrives on making complex tools feel simple? As part of the TMTX (Team Member Technology Experience) team, you will bridge the gap between technical change and the daily lives of our people. Your mission is to ensure every team member doesn’t just use technology, but feels confident, proficient, and empowered by it.

The Ideals We Look For

Growth Mindset & Adaptability: You love learning and pivot easily.
Client Obsession & Empathy: You put the user experience first.
Creativity & Teamwork: You find innovative ways to collaborate.
Resilience: You stay focused through change.

Accountabilities

Champion Communication & Change: Translate the “what, when, and why” of tech updates into clear, empathetic language. You’ll contribute to the Workplace & Technology channel and maintain our internal resource pages.
Drive Tech Proficiency: Help lead engaging education programs like Work Hacks, Gemini workshops, and Tech 101 onboarding to boost team skills.
Enhance Self-Serve Support: Maintain the ServiceNow knowledge base and Gemini Resource Library, ensuring help is always accessible and easy to find.
Drive Google Workspace & Gemini Innovation: Support the rollout of new features and manage product changes while building your expertise on the job. You’ll participate in Alpha programs and evolve into a "pro," ensuring these tools are leveraged to their full potential.
Collaborate Strategically: Work within the PLAID and CXT teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and proactive support.

Skills, Experience & Requirements

The Impact You’ll Make

Empowerment through Insights: You will advocate for the team member experience, using data and feedback to ensure our technology drives business success.
Creative Problem Solving: You’ll identify connections across different projects, working with senior strategists to solve tech challenges before they impact the team.
Strategic Storytelling: You won’t just explain tech; you’ll craft the narrative, taking people on a journey that helps them feel connected to and supported by our digital tools.
Continuous Growth: You’ll thrive in a high-feedback environment, seeking coaching from experts while contributing to a supportive, high-performing culture.

What You Bring

The "Translator" Skillset: A proven ability to distill complex technical changes into clear, accessible, and engaging language.
Change Advocacy: Experience supporting corporate change initiatives and a passion for helping others navigate new ways of working.
Technical Savvy: A solid understanding of how technology impacts the employee experience, specifically regarding knowledge management and self-serve support.
Facilitation & Flexibility: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to pivot your approach as project requirements evolve.
Learning Content Design: Experience designing and delivering learning content that drives adoption. Whether it’s a quick-start guide or a multi-step training series, you know how to structure information so it’s easy to digest and put into practice.
Collaborative Spirit: The ability to build relationships across the organization and lead difficult conversations to reach the best outcome for everyone.

Don’t meet all the requirements on the list?

A resume only goes so far in expressing who you are and the unique perspectives you bring. If you believe your skills and experience align with the role—but you might not check all the boxes—we want to hear from you. We encourage candidates from all work backgrounds, equity-seeking communities and experience levels to apply. If you’re seeking a career where your drive, perspective and growth are celebrated, we want to hear from you.

We’re dedicated to building a workforce reflective of those within our communities, and a culture where our team members are equipped with what they need to succeed—their way. Part of creating an inclusive workplac
