We're hiring a Business Analyst/Project Lead to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with 25% remote work.
Skills & Qualifications:
No C2C; W-2 only
5 years of experience with:
Analyzing, documenting, and improving business and system processes using various tools and methodologies
SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent HRIS systems
Creating user guides, SOPs, and technical documentation
Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaborative tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
3 years of experience with HR/Payroll processes, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks
Reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization in SAP or Power BI
Preferred Skills:
Experience with:
NIST Industry Standard Information Security Practices
IT implementation projects
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in supporting and improving internal HR processes and optimizing workflows to better leverage the platform and other company systems
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience
The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $110,000.
