The Deskside Support Analyst provides onsite technical support for computer hardware, software, and mobile devices. This role focuses on troubleshooting complex issues, delivering VIP/White Glove support to executives, managing IT tickets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and applications.
Manage and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
Deliver White Glove/VIP support to executive staff, including Apple iPhone troubleshooting and mobile support.
Support Windows environment, including Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft Teams.
Perform hardware troubleshooting, staging, imaging, and deployment of corporate devices.
Facilitate data migration and laptop refresh activities.
Provide virtual desktop support and assist with non-standard software installation.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party teams to resolve technical issues.
Maintain asset inventory, documentation, and knowledge base articles.
Prioritize tasks based on impact and ensure SLA compliance.

Required Qualifications

Associate degree in Computer Networking or equivalent experience.
Prior help desk or deskside support experience.
Experience handling escalated technical issues.
Strong troubleshooting, research, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Preferred Skills

VIP or White Glove support experience.
Mobile device and iPhone support.
Knowledge of IT support processes and ticketing tools.
