Salesforce Developer – Agentforce (Onsite – Alpharetta, GA)

Location: Alpharetta, GA (100% Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract/C2C

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong Agentforce expertise for a fully onsite opportunity in Alpharetta, GA. This role requires hands-on technical depth in Salesforce development, architecture, and Agentforce implementation.

Mandatory Requirement

Extensive hands-on experience with Agentforce
Agentforce Certification – Required

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.)
Implement system configurations including:
Process Builder
Flows
Validation Rules
User Roles & Permission Sets
Design scalable Salesforce architecture and handle CRM data migration, especially from legacy systems like Microsoft Dynamics
Implement and optimize Agentforce and CTI integrations
Follow DevOps best practices using Jenkins, Bamboo, Git, Bitbucket
Work within Agile/Scrum development environments

Required Skills & Experience

Strong development experience in Apex, Aura, and LWC
Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
Proven experience in Agentforce implementation and integration
Experience with CTI integrations
Strong knowledge of API integrations and middleware platforms
Hands-on experience in data migration and CRM architecture design
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
