Key Responsibilities
Configure, implement, and manage IBM Turbonomic ARM to automate performance assurance across on-prem, AWS GovCloud, Azure Gov, and hybrid environments.
Analyze workloads, dependencies, and resource consumption to recommend continuous optimization actions.
Integrate Turbonomic with enterprise platforms (VMware, Kubernetes/OpenShift, ServiceNow, Terraform, Azure DevOps, AWS CloudWatch, Datadog).
Conduct performance tuning and forecasting to support capacity planning, surge readiness, and DR/COOP requirements.
Implement policy-based automation aligned with agency governance (Client 4300A, USDA CPIC, DoD SRG).
Monitor application SLOs, latency, and resource utilization to prevent performance degradation.
Support FinOps teams with cost-saving insights and real-time resource governance.
Deliver dashboards, reports, and implementation documentation for ATO packages and engineering reviews.
Provide SME support during audits, authority-to-operate (ATO) renewals, and modernization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
37+ years in cloud operations, performance engineering, or virtualization.
Hands-on experience with IBM Turbonomic ARM in enterprise or federal environments.
Strong background in VM, container, and microservice architectures.
Experience with AWS, Azure, VMware, Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes.
Familiarity with NIST, FedRAMP, Zero Trust, and ITSM/CMDB integrations.
