Director of Growth - Sports Betting Operator - Toronto

Arnold Ash Group are partnered with the Founder of a high growth, innovative Sports Betting operator in their search for a Director of Growth to lead the continued global expansion. Our client are an established, profitable operator who are in a period of exponential growth and seek a hands-on, analytical Performance Marketing leader to lead their marketing channels, manage the scaling of internal teams as well as managing the performance of external teams and support the maturing of the function.

Key Responsibilities include:

Overseeing CRM strategy
Managing the digital ad agency, driving accountability, optimization, and testing
Owning affiliate and influencer performance, reporting, and deal optimization
Providing performance direction and oversight of SEO
Running acquisition and retention analysis across multiple brands
Leading funnel optimization from signup → deposit → activation → retention
Being both a strategic driver and a “player-coach” who is comfortable executing when needed
