Role: Program Governance Analyst – SAP S/4HANA Transformation

Role Overview
The Program Governance Analyst will support a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation program, ensuring strong governance controls, structured reporting, and disciplined execution across business, technology, data, testing, and change workstreams. The role requires hands-on expertise with Microsoft Project (planning), KeyedIn (RAID management), and Jira (collaboration and tracking).
Key Responsibilities1. Program Governance & Control
Maintain governance frameworks, templates, and operating procedures.
Manage artefacts including decision logs, change records, RACI, action logs, and stage gate materials.
Ensure compliance with internal risk, audit, and regulatory standards.
Support governance reviews and follow up on actions.
2. Reporting, Insights & Analytics
Consolidate inputs across workstreams to create weekly/monthly governance reports and executive packs.
Maintain dashboards for milestones, risks, dependencies, and schedule variance.
Analyse integrated plans in Microsoft Project.
Lead update meetings for governance reporting.
Translate complex data into clear executive insights.
3. Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
Maintain RAID log using KeyedIn as single source of truth.
Partner with workstream leads to assess and manage risks and issues.
Monitor cross-workstream dependencies and escalate critical risks.
4. Planning & Change Control
Maintain integrated program plan in Microsoft Project.
Track milestones and critical path.
Manage change control including impact assessments and approvals.
Ensure adherence to architecture, design authority, and SDLC controls.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
Use Jira to enable collaboration and transparency.
Prepare Steering Committee and governance forum materials.
Coordinate meetings, minutes, and action tracking.
Build relationships with senior leadership, SMEs, and delivery partners.
Required Skills & Experience
5–10 years’ experience in program governance / PMO / planning in large transformation programs.
Experience on SAP S/4HANA or large ERP transformation programs.
Strong expertise in:
Microsoft Project
KeyedIn (RAID management)
Jira
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Power BI (advantageous).
Banking / Financial Services experience preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and structured reporting skills.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Technology, Finance, or related).
PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe preferred.
SAP / ERP certifications beneficial.
