Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Pleasanton, CA (Onsite)

Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer on behalf of our client in Pleasanton, CA.

This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing scalable enterprise applications while working closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong full stack expertise, a passion for clean and efficient code, and the ability to contribute to high-impact technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
Lead and contribute to process improvements and system optimization initiatives
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices
Implement modern development practices including CI/CD, test automation, and code reviews
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
Develop and integrate backend and frontend components using modern frameworks and tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
Strong proficiency in:
Java, JavaScript, Angular, and HTML
Spring Framework and Node.js
MySQL and MongoDB
Git-based version control and containerization tools (e.g., Docker)
Experience with secure coding practices and application performance optimization
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
