The role

You'll own solution design across a complex enterprise CRM environment — translating business requirements into scalable, secure Azure-based architectures, leading cloud migration and modernization work, and presenting designs to both technical teams and senior leadership. You'll collaborate closely with enterprise architects, developers, security, and operations throughout the full delivery lifecycle.

What you need

7+ years designing, implementing, and maintaining large complex CRM systems — Dynamics 365 or comparable COTS platforms
7+ years delivering enterprise cloud solutions, with strong hands-on Azure experience
Proven architecture work across compute, networking, storage, IAM, and managed databases on Azure
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and managed services (AKS, EKS, or GKE)
CI/CD pipeline design using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins
Comfort with n-tier web applications, Unix, Shell scripting, XML/XSD, XSLT, and HTML5
Experience in Agile or DevOps delivery environments
Strong communication skills — you can present architecture to a non-technical executive as clearly as you can to a senior engineer
