Validate and QA data flowing into ESPs from sources such as Snowflake, customer data platforms, and internal systems, while maintaining governance over, segmentation logic, preference management, suppression rules, and consent handling.
Deliverability & Compliance: Monitor and optimize email deliverability, sender reputation, and inbox placement, while ensuring ongoing compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and internal consent frameworks. Proactively identify risks to platform health and partner cross-functionally to resolve issues before they impact lifecycle programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with lifecycle, systems, analytics, and technical stakeholders to execute lifecycle programs accurately and efficiently. Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while aligning on dependencies, timelines, and system constraints.
We’d love to hear from people with

Technical & Data Fluency: Working knowledge of SQL with the ability to review, validate, and troubleshoot data in tools such as Snowflake or similar data warehouses. Familiarity with customer data platforms, data integrations, and event-driven architectures.
Operational & Execution Strength: Strong attention to detail with a disciplined approach to QA, documentation, and process management. Proven ability to manage complex segmentation logic, suppression frameworks, and consent requirements without introducing errors.
