Soda has partnered with a fast-growing Series A AI startup building AI agents that automate operations for home service businesses. Backed by top venture investors and already generating strong revenue traction, the company is scaling its engineering team quickly.

Salary: $160,000 – $185,000 + equity.

The Opportunity

You’ll join a small, high-ownership engineering team building real AI products used by thousands of real businesses. This is a chance to learn fast, ship early, and grow alongside engineers who have built products at scale.

What You'll Do

• Build product features alongside senior engineers

• Contribute to real customer-facing AI products

• Ship production code quickly and iterate based on feedback

• Work directly with engineers and founders to solve real problems

• Participate in design discussions and technical trade-offs

• Help improve product reliability and user experience

What You'll Bring

Essential

• Strong programming foundations and software fundamentals

• Personal projects, internships, or production code experience

• Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly

• Ability to reason through problems and explain your thinking

Desirable

• Experience building personal or open-source software projects

• Exposure to startup environments or fast product cycles

• Computer science or engineering degree
