The individual covering this role is responsible for end‑to‑end program management and execution oversight for Project Sol, ensuring delivery against TSA exit and integration milestones while maintaining business continuity.

Over IT Experience of 20+ years.

Program Governance and Execution: Overall Project Management and reporting and managing workstreams to deliver on TSA exit timeline

Workstream Coordination & Application Migration: Maintain and govern the master application migration tracker, assign and manage workstream leads, validate priorities, migration timing, ownership, and dependencies across ~300 applications, and ensure discovery and knowledge transfer are completed on time.

Cross‑Functional Integration & Discovery Leadership: Leading End-to-end Process mapping workshops/walk the wall sessions

TSA Transition Execution: Leading the End-to-end transition of the TSA0
