Hiring: Learning Business Partner

Location: Broughton, Cheshire

Our client is looking for a proactive Learning Business Partner to support training delivery in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

Deliver and manage learning plans for assigned business areas
Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and priorities
Act as the main contact for all learning-related queries
Lead regular meetings to track progress and address challenges
Monitor training effectiveness and anticipate future needs
Collaborate with training providers for smooth delivery
Contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Skills:

Strong communication and stakeholder management
Problem-solving and organisational skills
Project coordination experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
