Job Description
Job Title Senior Operations Executive (Fixed Term) Role Summary Deliver day‑to‑day operational excellence for a key client account, combining administration, process improvement, and project support within a client‑facing operations team. Act as the central link between internal stakeholders, suppliers, and the client’s on‑the‑ground operational staff. Expactations * Own and manage the client’s operational toolkits, reporting systems, and asset distribution processes. * Resolve operational and system issues rapidly, identifying patterns and driving long‑term solutions. * Continuously map, review, and improve processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and profitability. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary operational point of contact for internal teams, suppliers, and client stakeholders. * Maintain and optimise operational toolkits, field documentation, and the client reporting platform. * Coordinate asset and equipment distribution via third‑party suppliers. * Troubleshoot operational and system issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. * Document and enhance operational processes, delivering briefings, insights, and stakeholder updates. * Conduct regular field visits to validate processes, embed improvements, and provide on‑site support. * Support launch, training, and adoption of client systems across field teams. Required Skills * Proven experience managing operational systems or platforms, ideally in field/mobile workforce settings. * Hands‑on configuration, user support, and troubleshooting of operational systems. * Strong process mapping and continuous improvement skills. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational abilities. * Analytical thinking and problem‑solving competence. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or reporting platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous. Required Education & Certifications * Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field. * Certifications in Process Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
