Job Description: Lead Project Manager Role Summary Lead end-to-end infrastructure onboarding projects for global financial institutions transitioning to Azure-hosted SaaS platforms, ensuring smooth transitions and client success. Coordinate cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy client environments. Expectations Deliver infrastructure onboarding projects across all phases (Dawn, Design, Swarm, Develop, Deploy, Dissect, Deliver). Manage multiple projects simultaneously, track dependencies, and report progress. Mitigate risks, maintain project artifacts, and drive continuous improvement in onboarding processes. Support stakeholder engagement and client feedback analysis to enhance outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Oversee infrastructure onboarding from Sales to Onboarding and Onboarding to Run Operations. - Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders. - Maintain project plans, reports, RAID logs, and change management documentation. - Ensure alignment with agile methodologies and global PMO best practices. - Monitor client satisfaction, report findings, and implement improvements. - Coordinate cross-team handovers and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets. Required Skills - Proven experience in multi-stream infrastructure projects, migrations, or transformations in complex environments. - Strong understanding of financial technology (e.g., asset management, insurance, banking). - Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud environments (Azure experience preferred). - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation capabilities. - Willingness to travel to client sites in the Americas as needed. Required Education & Certifications - PMI/PMP certification or commitment to obtain within 12-24 months of hire. - Knowledge of investment management, asset management, or financial services industries.
