Job Description
Job title: Junior Talent & Campaign Manager Role Summary: Support the daily management of broadcasters and digital talent while planning and executing brand and media campaigns. Work closely with senior team members, talent, broadcasters, brands, and production teams to ensure smooth communication and on‑time delivery of campaign deliverables. Expactations: - Demonstrate a proactive, detail‑oriented approach. - Maintain strong organization and time‑management skills. - Provide responsive, professional support to talent and stakeholders. - Uphold brand standards, contract compliance, and budgetary controls. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day‑to‑day scheduling, bookings, and appearances for broadcasters and digital talent. - Serve as primary point of contact for talent queries and support. - Update talent profiles, media kits, and internal databases. - Assist in campaign briefing, planning, and delivery from start to finish. - Coordinate communication between brands, broadcasters, production teams, and talent. - Support campaign timelines, deliverable tracking, and reporting. - Aid in contract negotiation, deal memo creation, and invoicing. - Monitor campaign budgets and usage rights. Required Skills: - Minimum 1 year experience in talent or influencer agency work. - Proven end‑to‑end campaign and partnership execution. - Strong understanding of unscripted TV formats, social media ecosystems, and digital content trends. - Excellent negotiation, relationship‑building, and written/oral communication. - High attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency with campaign management tools, databases, and Microsoft Office. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience acceptable. - No specific certifications required.
