Junior Talent & Campaign Manager

Location: Paddington, Hybrid

Salary: Up to £30k DOE

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Talent & Campaign Manager to support the day-to-day management of their talent roster and the execution of brand and media campaigns. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a career in talent management, influencer marketing, or broadcast media, with hands-on exposure to both traditional and digital talent.

You’ll work closely with senior team members, talent, broadcasters and brands to ensure campaigns run smoothly and talent is supported at every stage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with the day-to-day management of broadcasters and digital talent
Act as a point of contact for talent, responding to queries and providing ongoing support
Help coordinate schedules, bookings, and appearances
Maintain up-to-date talent profiles, media kits, and internal databases
Support the planning and execution of brand and media campaigns from briefing to delivery
Liaise with brands, broadcasters, production teams, and talent to ensure smooth communication
Assist with campaign timelines, deliverables, and reporting
Assist with contracts, deal memos, and invoicing processes
Help track campaign budgets and usage rights

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of one year’s experience within a talent or influencer agency
Proven end-to-end campaign and partnerships experience
Strong knowledge of unscripted TV formats, social media ecosystems, and digital content trends
Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
