Job Title: Account Executive – German/French Speaking Role Summary: Drive enterprise upsell and cross‑sell revenue for a global SaaS platform, managing multi‑product sales cycles with C‑level stakeholders in German‑ or French‑speaking markets. Expectations: Meet or exceed quarterly upsell and cross‑sell quotas, maintain a healthy pipeline, and deliver quantifiable business impact stories to enterprise accounts. Key Responsibilities • Own expansion revenue for a defined portfolio of enterprise customers. • Build and nurture a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, account‑based strategies, and multi‑threaded engagement. • Identify whitespace by mapping business units, markets, use cases, and product adjacencies. • Conduct structured discovery to uncover pain points, quantify impact, and link insights to measurable outcomes. • Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles involving VP/C‑level, procurement, legal, and cross‑functional teams. • Execute multi‑product sales motions, expanding core use cases into high‑ROI solutions. • Maintain forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline, and clean CRM hygiene. • Travel across EMEA for client meetings, executive sessions, and industry events. Required Skills • 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales or expansion‑focused roles with a proven record of upsell/cross‑sell success in a recurring revenue model. • Fluency in German or French (spoken and written). • Strong negotiation skills, including experience with legal and procurement processes. • Ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles in large organizations. • Deep understanding of digital marketing and online growth levers (SEO, paid search, display, affiliate, social). • Experience with multi‑product selling, whitespace mapping, and enterprise account planning. • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalents. • Skilled at partnering with Customer Success in a segmented AM/CS model. Required Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). • No mandatory certifications; relevant sales or marketing credentials are a plus.
