**Job title:** Lead Risk Quantification Engineer
**Role Summary:** Own and lead risk quantification studies for a large LNG EPC project. Execute consequence modeling, QRA, probabilistic analyses, and produce or review deliverables. Manage a small risk quantification team, maintain technical quality, deadlines, and budget, and interface with cross‑disciplinary project stakeholders.
**Expactations:** Minimum 10 years in safety or loss‑prevention engineering, expertise in advanced PHAST, CFD (FLACS), QRA, EERA, FRA, ERA, and RAM studies. Strong understanding of NFPA, API, and risk‑based design fundamentals. Experience in LNG projects is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and coordinate all risk quantification activities (consequence modeling, QRA, probabilistic studies).
- Produce deliverables and perform technical reviews of work from other engineers.
- Supervise a small team, allocate tasks, and ensure high‑quality outputs.
- Monitor schedule, budget, and contractual compliance.
- Collaborate with process, civil, instrumentation, and package teams; manage technical interfaces.
- Attend project meetings, respond to technical queries, and incorporate feedback.
- Prepare and circulate weekly project reports; maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
**Required Skills:**
- Advanced PHAST (mandatory), CFD FLACS, QRA, EERA, FRA, ERA, RAM.
- Proficiency in applied risk‑based design and safety standards (NFPA, API).
- Project management: scheduling, budgeting, quality assurance.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; ability to work autonomously within multicultural teams.
- Competence in standard office software and risk analysis tools.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Process Safety, Engineering (equivalent Bac+5).
- Professional certification in Process Safety or Risk Analysis (e.g., IPRE, PMP, or similar) preferred.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
