Recapitulatif
Nous recherchons, pour le compte de l’un de nos clients basé en Île-de-France, un Ingénieur Planning intervenant sur des projets de Génie Civil d’envergure.
Le poste s’inscrit dans le cadre de grands projets industriels et/ou d’infrastructures, avec pour mission principale l’élaboration, le suivi et l’optimisation des plannings détaillés (N3 / N4), en interface étroite avec les équipes projet, ingénierie et chantier.
Missions
Élaborer, mettre à jour et piloter les plannings N3 / N4 relatifs aux projets et activités Génie Civil.
Structurer des plannings détaillés à partir du périmètre projet, des séquences travaux, des méthodes d’exécution et des contraintes terrain.
Assurer le suivi de l’avancement, l’analyse des écarts et l’identification des chemins critiques.
Évaluer les impacts planning liés aux évolutions techniques, aux interfaces projet et aux risques opérationnels.
Proposer et suivre des actions correctives ainsi que des scénarios de rattrapage.
Participer aux réunions d’avancement projet et de coordination planning.
Produire les reportings planning hebdomadaires et mensuels à destination des parties prenantes.
Contribuer à la sécurisation des jalons contractuels et au respect des délais globaux du projet.
Profil
Formation ingénieur ou technique avec une spécialisation en planification projet / project controls.
Expérience confirmée en tant qu’Ingénieur Planning, idéalement sur des projets de Génie Civil, d’infrastructures ou de construction industrielle.
Capacité à structurer et analyser des plannings complexes et multi-interfaces.
Maîtrise des outils de planification (Primavera P6 et/ou MS Project).
Rigueur, autonomie, esprit d’analyse et bonnes capacités de communication avec les équipes projet et terrain.
Maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais.

Civil Infrastructure Planning Engineer – ref. JOB-1514
Summary
We are looking, on behalf of one of our clients based in Île-de-France, for a Planning Engineer to work on large-scale Civil Works projects.
The role is part of major industrial and/or infrastructure projects, with the main responsibility of developing, monitoring, and optimizing detailed project schedules (N3 / N4), in close coordination with project, engineering, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, update, and manage N3 / N4 schedules for civil works projects and activities.
Structure detailed schedules based on project scope, work sequences, execution methods, and site constraints.
Monitor progress, analyze deviations, and identify critical paths.
Assess schedule impacts related to technical changes, project interfaces, and operational risks.
Propose and follow up on corrective actions and recovery plans.
Participate in project progress meetings and planning coordination sessions.
Produce weekly and monthly planning reports for stakeholders.
Contribute to securing contractual milestones and ensuring overall project deadlines are met.
PROFILE
Engineering or technical degree with a specialization in Project Planning / Project Controls.
Proven experience as a Planning Engineer, ideally on civil works, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects.
Ability to structure and analyze complex, multi-interface project schedules.
Proficiency in planning tools (Primavera P6 and/or MS Project).
Rigorous, autonomous, analytical, with strong communication skills with project and site teams.
Professional proficiency in English
