**Job title:** Sales Executive – IT Solution
**Role Summary:**
Drive new business, generate leads, and build client relationships within the printing and Customer Communication Management (CCM) sector. Prospect, qualify, and close enterprise‑level deals with printing companies, banks, insurance firms, and other large organizations. Manage the sales pipeline, set appointments, and collaborate with delivery teams to transition signed accounts.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 4‑6 years of experience in enterprise sales of software, IT services, or printing solutions.
- Proven success closing large deals and exceeding quarterly targets.
- Ability to operate independently as a contract sales professional.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel across the USA, Europe, and Canada.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prospect new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain relationships with printing companies, in‑plant facilities, and outsourced providers.
- Approach financial institutions, insurance, healthcare, and other large enterprises for CCM solutions.
- Set up appointments, close new accounts, and handovers to delivery/technical teams.
- Present tailored CCM solutions that match customer needs and organizational objectives.
- Manage pipeline, forecasts, and activity logs using Zoho CRM or equivalent.
- Send regular email updates and follow‑ups on emerging opportunities.
- Attend trade shows, client meetings, and relevant industry events worldwide.
- Own and exceed sales targets within assigned territories and account segments.
