**Job Title:** New Business Development Director **Role Summary:** Lead and execute the end-to‑end new business process to generate and convert high‑value clients in experiential, brand experience and social‑marketing sectors. Drive revenue growth, build long‑term partnerships, and position the agency as a strategic, insight‑driven partner. **Expectations:** - Deliver annual new‑business revenue targets and pipeline metrics. - Secure profitable, long‑term client contracts aligning with strategic priorities. - Expand presence in priority sectors (experiential, social‑led, retail). - Maintain a high‑quality prospect pipeline and consistently convert opportunities. - Demonstrate commercial acumen, understanding of margins, and client lifetime value. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the full new‑business cycle: opportunity identification, lead qualification, pitch development, and contract negotiation. - Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects targeting key brands and sectors. - Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic direction. - Develop insightful, consultative proposals (RFPs/RFIs) that emphasize agency differentiation. - Present client briefs and proposals to senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity and strategic alignment. - Lead multidisciplinary pitch teams, coordinating responses and maintaining quality control. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Creative, Account, Strategy) to align solutions with client needs. - Facilitate smooth transition of won business into client development and onboarding. - Serve as a trusted advisor, positioning the agency as a strategic partner, not a transactional vendor. **Required Skills:** - Proven track record in new‑business development within experiential or brand‑experience marketing. - Expertise in consultative, insight‑led selling and high‑value pipeline construction. - Strong network ability to open doors and secure qualified opportunities. - Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal‑writing skills. - Leadership of multidisciplinary pitch teams and RFP/RFI processes. - Deep understanding of brand experience, consumer behavior, and category trends. - Commercially astute with knowledge of revenue, margin, and client value metrics. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. - Preferably 5+ years’ senior experience in new‑business development within the creative, experiential, or brand‑experience industry. - No mandatory industry certifications, but relevant marketing or sales credentials are advantageous.
