Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Cloud & IT Services
Role Summary:
Drive the strategy, development, and market success of cloud‑native services across Azure and hybrid environments. Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver modern workplace, Backup‑as‑a‑Service, VM hosting, and cloud security products, maximizing recurring revenue and customer value.
Expectations:
* 5–10+ years in product management within IT and cloud domains, preferably with maritime or remote operations exposure.
* Proven history of launching and scaling cloud services that meet regulated industry data protection and cybersecurity standards.
* Demonstrated ability to convert customer insights into technical roadmaps, value propositions, and business cases.
* Experience in go‑to‑market strategy, pricing, bundling, and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog for cloud‑native solutions (M365, BaaS, VM hosting, security).
2. Conduct stakeholder interviews, gather user requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Perform market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and SWOT analyses to identify differentiation opportunities.
4. Lead cross‑disciplinary squads (engineering, delivery, legal, sales, support) ensuring on‑time, high‑quality releases.
5. Partner with sales and marketing to develop positioning, collateral, pricing models, and enablement training.
6. Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and financial metrics; iterate to optimize ROI and renewal rates.
7. Maintain compliance and risk assessments for regulated segments, aligning with industry cyber‑security frameworks.
Required Skills:
* Deep knowledge of Azure, hybrid cloud architecture, tenant management, and cloud security best practices.
* Expertise in cloud service delivery models (managed, professional, recurring revenue).
* Strong analytical skills for business case development, market sizing, and competitive analysis.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influence across senior leadership and technical teams.
* Proven product lifecycle management from ideation to launch, including roadmap prioritization.
* Comfortable with data protection regulations and compliance in regulated industries.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, bias for action, and adaptability in matrixed, fast‑paced environments.
Required Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
* Product Management certification (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) is desirable.
