Data & AI Literacy Programme Manager - Real Estate - 6 month Contract - £750 per day (Inside IR35)

A market-leading real estate organisation is seeking a Data & AI Literacy Programme Manager to drive and evolve its enterprise-wide Data Literacy Programme. This is a unique opportunity to shape how a major business builds data capability at scale, enabling smarter, data-driven decision-making across all teams.

You will take ownership of a programme already underway - enhancing the curriculum, deepening engagement, and ensuring the initiative delivers meaningful impact. This role sits at the intersection of programme management, data education, and organisational change, offering the chance to influence culture across a complex, high-performing business.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Leadership

Lead the ongoing delivery of the Data Literacy Programme, ensuring progress against milestones.
Track risks, manage dependencies, and report on outcomes to senior stakeholders.

Curriculum Development

Review the current curriculum and identify opportunities to strengthen or expand content.
Build engaging learning pathways incorporating best practice in data literacy, analytics, and governance.
Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with business units to understand their learning needs and tailor solutions.
Act as an internal ambassador for data literacy, driving awareness and participation.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

Define and monitor success metrics to track improvements in data maturity.
Collect and respond to feedback to evolve both content and delivery methods.

Vendor & Resource Management

Oversee relationships with external training providers and internal contributors.
Ensure effective allocation of resources to support programme goals.

Skills & Experience

Proven programme or project management experience, ideally within data or digital transformation.
Strong understanding of core data concepts, including analytics, governance, and data-led decision-making.
Experience developing or managing learning programmes or curriculum content.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong collaborative working style across diverse business functions.

Desirable:

Knowledge of data literacy frameworks and industry standards.
Experience with change management principles.
