Key Responsibilities: - Configure, deploy, and iterate AI Cloud employee solutions for clients. - Translate real‑world business problems into AI workflows (prompts, automations, quality assurance). - Deliver user training and create concise documentation and playbooks. - Capture user feedback to inform product improvements. - Assist with on‑site or remote go‑live sessions, including occasional evening/weekend work. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful client adoption and satisfaction.
