We’re a Provo-based, fast-growing Utah tech company building AI Cloud Employees that help teams move faster. We’re HIRING NOW to support new customer growth. If you’re early in your career and hungry to learn AI, this is a chance to grow quickly. Interviews are underway, so apply early.

What you’ll do

Configure, launch, and improve AI Cloud Employees for customers.
Turn real business problems into practical AI workflows (prompts, automations, QA).
Teach users how to get the most from Signals; capture feedback for product.
Pitch in during important go-lives (occasional evenings/weekends).

Who you are

Early-career (new/recent grads welcome) with internships, summer jobs, or 0–2 years in SaaS/ops/analytics/IT.
Business-savvy and very tech-curious, you pick up tools fast.
Strong communicator; comfortable writing prompts and simple docs.
Smart, Humble, and Hungry to learn AI and build a career in product/customer success.
Flexible with time and energized by fast-growing teams.

Your first 90 days (you’ll be trained, so come curious):

Month 1: Learn Signals + AI/LLM basics, shadow launches, complete internal onboarding.
Month 2: Co-own small customer implementations with a mentor; document a simple playbook.
Month 3: Lead a small go-live end-to-end with guidance; demo what you built to the team.

Nice-to-have (not Required)

Zapier/Make, basic SQL or APIs, Python/JS, Salesforce/HubSpot, data viz.
