Job title: Sr. Director of Sales & Business Development Executive Role Summary: Lead net‑new logo acquisition for mid‑market and enterprise U.S. MarTech accounts. Hunter profile with deep MarTech, AI, and data‑centric solution expertise. Own end‑to‑end sales cycle, build high‑quality pipeline, and drive qualified revenue growth. No account‑management duties. Expectations: Deliver consistent qualified pipeline, close revenue from first‑time customers, maintain high conversion rates, and demonstrate ownership, urgency, and accountability in all activities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, target, and close net‑new opportunities aligned to ICP. - Design and execute outbound strategies to expand market reach and secure new logos. - Build and maintain a proactive, high‑quality pipeline; ensure accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting in CRM. - Lead value‑based executive conversations; serve as trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle. - Own deal strategy, proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations. - Sell complex, consultative data, AI, and MarTech transformation engagements. - Collaborate with solution leaders and delivery teams to shape and close deals. - Translate technical concepts into executive‑level value propositions. - Provide market, competitor, and buyer insights to inform GTM strategy. - Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client forums. Required Skills: - 10+ years B2B sales and business development experience focused on new logo acquisition. - Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in complex, consultative sales environments. - Strong outbound pipeline generation and self‑source prospecting skills. - Deep understanding of the MarTech ecosystem and buyer landscape. - Exceptional executive‑level communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities. - Mastery of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and modern sales tools. - Ability to build and cultivate senior‑level relationships (CMO, CIO, CDO, data leaders). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
