Job Description
Job Title: Cyber Security Specialist Role Summary: Senior leader responsible for the enterprise vulnerability management capability within Security Operations. Drives strategy, optimises identification, prioritisation and remediation processes, and leads a global, cross‑functional team to reduce security risk across the technology landscape. Expactations: - Advance and modernise vulnerability management processes and tooling. - Align vulnerability initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements. - Deliver measurable improvements in risk posture and operational efficiency. - Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the vulnerability management team. - Design, implement and scale end‑to‑end vulnerability management processes in global environments. - Conduct vulnerability assessment, hunting, research and risk management activities. - Develop metrics, dashboards and executive reporting. - Monitor vulnerability trends, assess operational performance and report findings. - Identify gaps in tools, processes and results and drive improvements. - Mentor, coach and develop team members; manage hiring, training and performance. - Maintain up‑to‑date documentation, workflows and operational guidelines. Required Skills: - 7+ years in Cyber Security / Information Security. - 5+ years in Vulnerability Management, including oversight of assessment and remediation. - Practical experience in penetration testing or offensive security. - In‑depth knowledge of TCP/IP, ports, protocols, traffic flow and the OSI model. - Proficiency with vulnerability assessment tools and risk prioritisation methodologies. - Familiarity with cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices. - Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, NIST 800‑53, CIS Controls, PCI DSS and related frameworks. - Proven leadership and people‑management capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and executive audiences. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Professional certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CPP (or equivalent). ---

**Job Title:** Operations Support Specialist **Role Summary:** Provide day‑to‑day administration of EMEA asset, change, incident, and maintenance records within ServiceNow. Act as first‑line System Support for data centers and centralized teams, maintaining the CMDB as the single source of truth, ensuring data quality, and delivering operational reports and dashboards. Support finance and commercial teams with cost tracking and billing reconciliation. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate, timely ServiceNow asset and CMDB records for the full lifecycle (onboarding to decommissioning). - Maintain high data integrity and consistency across all maintenance, incident, and change records. - Provide first‑line ServiceNow support, resolving issues and escalating as needed. - Generate monthly operational metrics, audit evidence, and stakeholder reports. - Collaborate with finance to track depreciation, cost allocation, and billing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Administer EMEA asset, change, incident, and planned maintenance records in ServiceNow. - Govern CMDB data quality, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability. - Publish scheduled operational reports and dashboards for stakeholders. - Support operational record workflow progression. - Provide accurate asset and dependency data to enable change, incident, and maintenance activities. - Maintain and validate data for reporting, audits, and decision‑making. - Resolve first‑line ServiceNow support requests related to asset and CMDB functionality. - Assist with cost tracking, depreciation, billing, and financial reconciliation. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 2 years of experience in system administration, service operations, or asset management. - Proficient in ServiceNow Asset Management and CMDB modules. - Knowledge of ITIL Asset & Configuration Management practices. - Strong analytical and data integrity skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities. - Ability to work independently and in a teamwork environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
