**Job Title:** Senior Product Manager
**Role Summary:**
Strategic product leader responsible for the end‑to‑end lifecycle of a large‑scale government enterprise hosting and integration platform. Drives onboarding, governance, and operational processes while aligning business, operations, engineering, and architecture stakeholders. Requires strong product management expertise, technical fluency with enterprise platforms, and proven leadership in regulated public‑sector environments.
**Expectations:**
- Demonstrated senior‑level product management experience with mature leadership presence.
- Ability to influence and lead cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Technical savviness to understand platform architecture, cloud services, APIs, and integration without direct coding.
- Strong governance, process, and stakeholder management capabilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own full product lifecycle (vision, roadmap, requirements, release, retirement) for the hosting/integration platform.
- Lead onboarding of new applications and ministry teams, ensuring compliance with platform standards.
- Design and improve intake, governance, and operational processes.
- Serve as primary liaison between business owners, operations, engineering, and architecture groups.
- Produce and maintain product roadmaps, backlog, functional specifications, and user documentation.
- Support CRM and operations staff with product guidance and issue resolution.
- Oversee medium to large project plans, including resource allocation, RAID logs, and stakeholder communications.
**Required Skills:**
- End‑to‑end product management (requirement gathering, roadmap creation, release, retirement).
- Strong documentation and presentation abilities.
- Understanding of enterprise hosting: web/app servers, middleware, container platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift), Ansible.
- Knowledge of integration technologies: APIs, gateways, Managed File Transfer, SOAP, REST, GraphQL.
- Cloud platform design and deployment concepts.
- Enterprise architecture governance (approvals, standards, gates).
- Project management: planning, resource and risk management, stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in public‑sector or regulated environments is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), ITIL, or comparable Agile/Project Management credentials.
