Scrum Master (Salesforce Financial Service Cloud)
**Role Summary**
Lead and coach Agile teams delivering complex Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) initiatives across multiple integrated systems. Ensure disciplined sprint execution, remove technical blockers, maintain Agile metrics, and collaborate with architecture, development, cloud, and data engineering teams to achieve on‑time, high‑quality delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Facilitate daily Scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
2. Coordinate sprint execution, ensuring backlog items are completed on schedule.
3. Identify, escalated, and resolve sprint blockers, technical dependencies, and cross‑team issues.
4. Partner with architects, developers, and business systems analysts to validate technical readiness and solution designs.
5. Lead technical problem‑solving sessions, whiteboard workshops, and workflow discussions.
6. Build and maintain Agile metrics dashboards (velocity, burndown, risks).
7. Support Salesforce FSC programs (Sales, Experience, Marketing Clouds) and loyalty management integration points.
8. Collaborate with Azure and Databricks teams on pipeline and end‑to‑end flow development.
9. Document system interactions, workflows, and integration logic.
10. Assist with project intake, sizing, prioritization, roadmap planning, and stakeholder status reporting.
11. Ensure user stories and requirements are groomed and aligned to sprint goals.
12. Maintain project documentation in JIRA and Confluence.
**Required Skills**
* 7–10+ years in enterprise Agile delivery roles.
* Proven Scrum team leadership of complex technical scope.
* Strong technical background in software development, solution design, or business systems analysis.
* Deep understanding of enterprise integrations, data flows, and multi‑system architecture.
* Experience troubleshooting technical workflows or pipelines.
* Advanced JIRA proficiency (boards, JQL, story decomposition, EazyBI dashboards).
* Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify technical concepts.
* Diplomatic interpersonal skills with confidence to challenge assumptions constructively.
* Demonstrated ability to resolve blockers and drive sprint‑level accountability.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) / Professional Scrum Master (PSM) preferred.
* Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or FSC) and cloud/azure experience are a plus.
