Job Description
**Job Title:** Account Executive **Role Summary** Senior individual contributor role driving new business for a WealthTech startup. Focus on financial institutions and family offices, owning go-to-market strategy development and end-to-end deal execution. Temporary cross-functional support in customer success required. **Expectations** Build and scale high-value client accounts; manage full sales lifecycle; collaborate with product and leadership; act as customer advocate; maintain CRM/forecasting accuracy. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and manage strategic accounts in Canada and international markets. - Lead stakeholder discovery, customized pitching, and deal-specific demos. - Conduct account research, stakeholder mapping, and pipeline management. - Partner with product/leadership on pricing, proposals, and competitive positioning. - Design outbound sales strategies and regional campaign frameworks. - Execute full deal ownership from prospecting to closure. - Provide transitional customer success support via follow-ups, check-ins, and expansion opportunities. - Deliver structured feedback to refine product and sales positioning. - Ensure CRM data accuracy and sales forecasting. **Required Skills** - 3+ years in AE/BDE within SaaS, fintech, or financial services. - Proven multi-stakeholder deal execution (private banks, advisors, institutional clients). - Proficiency in outbound lead generation and high-level stakeholder discovery. - Working knowledge of wealth management, portfolio tools, or investment workflows. - Strong communication and presentation skills for senior audiences. - Organizational autonomy and comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. - Bilingual fluency in English and French (written/spoken). **Required Education & Certifications** Not specified.
