**Job Title:** SDR Operations Manager
**Role Summary:**
Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the tools, workflows, and data processes that enable Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate pipeline efficiently. Acts as the primary administrator for SDR‑related platforms (Salesforce, Gong, Clay, Nooks), ensures data integrity, drives automation, and supports cross‑functional lead handoff between Marketing and Sales.
**Expectations:**
- Maintain peak performance of SDR technology stack.
- Continuously improve SDR processes to increase productivity and scalability.
- Provide training and enablement for SDR and Marketing teams.
- Deliver actionable insights through metric monitoring and reporting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Administer and troubleshoot Salesforce, Gong, Clay, Nooks; manage integrations and data quality.
- Design, update, and optimize SDR workflows, lead scoring, sequencing, and automation rules.
- Build and manage lead enrichment, routing, and segmentation to supply high‑quality prospects.
- Collaborate with Marketing, ABM, Events, and Content teams to streamline lead handoff and funnel hygiene.
- Identify and implement process improvements across outreach, reporting, and system usage.
- Track and report SDR performance metrics, tool utilization, and pipeline contribution.
- Partner with SDR leadership to capture and analyze call intelligence and activity data.
- Conduct onboarding, training, and documentation for SDR and Marketing staff on tool best practices.
- Serve as the central point of contact for SDR tooling issues and cross‑team operational alignment.
**Required Skills:**
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Gong, Clay, or Nooks; strong willingness to deepen expertise.
- Understanding of SDR workflows, lead management, sequencing, and prospecting fundamentals.
- Experience or interest in data enrichment, segmentation, and lead routing.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and recommend improvements.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills; comfortable providing training.
- Proactive problem‑solver with a collaborative approach across sales and marketing functions.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- No specific certifications required; certification in Salesforce (e.g., Admin) or related platforms is a plus.
