**Job Title**
Salesforce CRMA Developer
**Role Summary**
Develop, architect, and maintain Salesforce Customer Relationship Management Analytics (CRMA) solutions, including dashboards, dataflows, recipes, and SAQL queries, to deliver scalable, secure analytics across Salesforce and external data sources.
**Expectations**
- Deliver end‑to‑end CRMA architecture and data integration solutions.
- Ensure performance, governance, and security best practices are applied.
- Keep up‑to‑date with evolving CRM Analytics features and industry standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Design, develop, and deploy scalable CRMA dashboards, datasets, lenses, recipes, and dataflows.
2. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Salesforce objects, external databases, and APIs into CRMA datasets using dataflows, recipes, and connectors.
3. Optimize SAQL queries for efficient data retrieval and scalability.
4. Integrate CRMA with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing) and external systems.
5. Implement data modeling, governance, and security (security predicates, sharing rules) within the CRMA platform.
6. Troubleshoot performance and dataflow issues; provide timely resolutions.
7. Document architecture, processes, and best practices for knowledge transfer.
**Required Skills**
- 8+ years in Salesforce development with a strong focus on CRMA/Tableau CRM.
- Advanced expertise in CRMA dataflows, recipes, SAQL, and XMD.
- Proficient in Salesforce platform administration and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience designing and deploying end‑to‑end CRMA architectures, not limited to dashboards.
- Familiarity with APIs, ETL connectors, and external data sources.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Analytics (CRMA) or equivalent.
- Preferred: Salesforce-certified CRMA & Discovery Consultant.
