Job Title: Sr. Manager, Partner Marketing
Role Summary:
Lead the regional partner marketing organization to drive partner-led demand generation and revenue growth. Develop and execute partner marketing strategies, campaigns, co‑marketing initiatives, and events that enable distributors, system integrators, OEMs, and ecosystem partners to sell Belden products effectively.
Expectations:
- Deliver measurable partner‑generated revenue and demand metrics.
- Build and sustain partner marketing capabilities and education programs.
- Maximize and optimize co‑op budget and joint marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional partner marketing team.
- Design and execute partner marketing campaigns, promotions, and joint B2B business development initiatives.
- Develop and implement regional partner marketing strategies focused on distributors, SI/Installer, OEM and ecosystem partners.
- Oversee promotion of relevant products and solutions to partners.
- Equip partners with sales enablement materials, education, and resources to drive Belden’s market presence.
- Manage co‑op marketing budget, allocate spend, and report ROI.
- Refine and maintain partner portal content and digital assets.
- Collaborate with sales, product, legal, and consumer marketing on partner events, sponsorships, and training.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key partners to assess performance, goals, and opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience with a focus on partner/channel marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office, and marketing analytics tools.
- Budget management and ROI analysis for joint marketing programs.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Preferred: certifications related to marketing, digital marketing, or channel management (e.g., Certified Marketing Executive, HubSpot Inbound, Adobe Certified Expert).
