**Job Title**
Executive Business Partner
**Role Summary**
Serve as the trusted executive business partner for two senior Marketing leaders, managing their time, information flow, and operational rhythm to ensure strategic priorities are executed efficiently. Transition from reactive support to proactive partnership through problem solving, process improvement, and cross‑functional alignment.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality meeting materials, briefings, and action tracking that translate into OKR‑aligned plans.
- Maintain a clear and consistent operating cadence, aligning calendar priorities with strategic objectives.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling, priority, and process issues.
- Leverage collaboration, analytics, and AI tools to streamline work and surface insights.
- Act as a central hub for cross‑functional communication and information flow.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Prepare pre‑reads, capture decisions, and design high‑visibility forums (all‑hands, offsites).
2. Own calendar and meeting logistics, ensuring alignment with top priorities.
3. Build relationships across Finance, HR, Operations, GTM, Product/Engineering to triage requests and deliver concise summaries.
4. Anticipate needs, resolve conflicts, create structure amidst ambiguity, and implement process improvements.
5. Use collaboration platforms, basic analytics, and AI tools to organize work, track initiatives, surface insights, and automate low‑value tasks.
