Executive Business Partner
Location: Boston, MA or San Francisco, CA (Hybrid, 3x/week)
Duration: 6 months+
Compensation: $50/Hour
The Sage Group’s client is searching for an Executive Business Partner. The Executive Business Partner (EBP) provides executive business support to two senior Marketing leaders, VP of Marketing Operating & Growth and VP, Product Marketing, to ensure the operational cadence of their organization is clear, aligned, and prioritized. You will be the trusted owner of your leader’s time, information flow, and day‑to‑day operating rhythm, moving from reactive support to proactive partnership by anticipating needs, solving problems independently, and creating structure from ambiguity.
Responsibilities:
Drive strategic impact and meeting excellence: Prepare high-quality pre-reads and briefings, capture decisions and action items, and design high-visibility forums (all-hands, offsites) that translate into clear, OKR-aligned plans.
Own operational rhythm and calendar priorities: Align the leader’s time to top priorities, manage end-to-end meeting logistics, and establish a consistent operating cadence that connects strategy, planning cycles, and execution.
Enable strong communication and stakeholder alignment: Act as a trusted hub for information flow, build cross-functional relationships, triage requests, and deliver concise summaries that keep the leader informed and teams aligned.
Provide proactive problem-solving and execution support: Anticipate needs, resolve scheduling and priority conflicts, create structure amid ambiguity, and identify and implement process improvements.
Leverage tools, data, and AI for scale: Use collaboration platforms, basic analytics, and AI tools to organize work, track initiatives, surface insights, and automate low-value tasks to focus on higher-impact outcomes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years’ experience in an executive assistant, business partner, project coordination, or similar role supporting senior leaders in a fast‑paced environment (high‑growth tech/SaaS strongly preferred).
Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, travel, and events, including executive offsites or large team meetings.
Proven track record of partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders (e.g., Finance, HR, Operations, GTM, Product/Engineering) on projects or operational initiatives.
